Stay At Home Book Tag

Another day, another book tag. These are definitely keeping me busy! This one is dedicated to staying at home, like everyone should be doing!

Laying In Bed – A Book I Read In A Day

I read this on one sunny day and got so badly burnt, my awful tan lines are still visible to this day.

Ah well, it was worth every second.

Snacking – A Book That Is My Guilty Pleasure

I do love a Harry Potter book every now and then. Who doesn’t, let’s be serious.

My favourite has to be The Goblet of Fire because I guess I may have a secret crush on Viktor Krum.

Netflix – A Series I Want To Start

I’ve heard so many people reading this series. The book is formatted so differently to any book I’ve ever read so I would love to start this at some point.

To be honest, it has been a while since I last read a series.

Deep Clean – A Book That Has Been On My TBR For Ages

I bought this book so so long ago, I think it may have even been pre-lockdown.

I’ve heard so many great things, I’ve got BIG expectations for this book.

Animal Crossing – A Book I’ve Bought Because of The Hype

Look at how gorgeous it is though. And quite a hefty one too may I add.

I see this EVERYWHERE on my Instagram, Twitter…you name it…it’s there. I hope it’s as good as they say.

Productivity – A Book That I Have Learnt From / Impacted Me

This book helped me when I was falling into a depressive state of mind back in September 2019. Dr Rangan Chatterjee is the reason I hold self-care and making time to be with loved ones on such a pedestal.

I guess I owe him such a huge thank you for helping me to be me again.

FaceTime – A Book I Was Gifted

I was gifted this as part of a quarantine book swap that me and my friend did. We gathered books we had read and no longer wanted and dropped them at the end of my drive, following lockdown rules of course.

I haven’t read this one yet but I’ve heard its a really good read.

Self Care – One Thing I’ve Done to Look After Myself

I LOVE a face mask. However, I do have the tendency to put a mask on and expect all my problems and pimples to magically disappear.

Of course we know that is never the case but it’s nice to allow myself that dream and a bit of self-love for the 20 minutes that I have it on.

So there we have it, my stay at home book tag!

What are you doing to stay sane during quarantine? I would love to know your tips and tricks to staying happy.
